I got my Fenix 7x in March. I wore the watch for a month straight through and then took it off and all of a sudden the menu/up button does not work anymore. I have soaked it in water to see if there was sweat in the button, ive reset the watch and nothing works. It does not click anymore its strange.

Chosen Solution. @alistair , Alistair, Use the disassembly guide below to take your watch apart and clean the buttons perhaps if need be then you will have access to change buttons. Use a soft cloth or Qtip dampened with 90% Isopropyl Alcohol to clean around the buttons and contacts. Good luck.

Open Garmin Connect and tap the three-dot More button (iOS) or the three-line Menu button (Android). Choose Settings > Phone Permissions and turn them all on or tap Manage Permissions to enable them.
