Very easy to reset. 1.) get in the Jeep with the key. 2.) Do not step on the Brake pedal and then Press the Start Button twice. The engine should not start, it will go to 'RUN'. 3.) Press the gas pedal to the floor 3 times within 5 seconds. 4.) Hit the Start button again to turn off. 5.) start the engine normally and the light should be reset. If the oil gets into the coolant, you tend to get a rather nasty looking emulsion in a hurry as the water pump beats the oil into the water. Valve seals, crankcase ventilation system, etc. could be letting it into the engine where it gets burned without obvious blue smoke out the exhaust. Slow leaks don't seem the culprit, but just in case 2. Fully push the accelerator pedal, slowly, three times within 10 seconds. 3. Without pushing the brake pedal, push the ENGINE START/STOP button once to return the ignition to the OFF/LOCK position. NOTE: If the indicator message illuminates when you start the vehicle, the oil change indicator system did not reset. a) FCA use Pennzoil full-synthetic as factory fill. You don' need to be panic about break-in or changing it super early or anything, 5k-8k interval should do it. b) Pennzoil/Mobil1/Castrol run rebate all year long, $22.68/5qt on Amazon/Wamart, then with $10 rebate, that's $12.68/jug. Don't forget to 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee V6 3.6 I recently had an oil change and a day or so after started seeing the check engine/P0520 warning. The oil level looks correct but the oil pressure is starting up and mostly rrunning at 96psi (the gauge max is 110).
